As many rounds as you can do in 30 minutes of:
20m Shuttle run (4 lengths of 5m each)
3 36/30″ box jumps
I’m a big soccer fan for a month every four years during the world cup. Every time I watch I’m awestruck at the athleticism of the world’s best soccer players. A soccer match is basically a 90 minute jog with a 20m all out sprint every minute with a bunch of lateral movements and a few max vertical jumps every few minutes. The above WOD is my lame attempt to replicate the demands of a world cup soccer match, albeit it should be 90 minutes for full effect – that would just be stupid though, so here it is.
