As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:

3 Handstand pushups
5 Kettlebell snatch (53/36) R
5 Kettlebell snatch L
7 Chest to bar pullups

We hope you all have a happy and safe holiday!  If you’re in class today please wish Doug J a happy birthday, which was the 2nd but I forgot to post on the board!
