Reminder we’re only having one class at 8am today due to the USA Weightlifting Certification we’re hosting. 4 of our coaches are attending this cert and it’s a great way to continue to develop our coaching expertise – we appreciate your understanding when we modify the schedule for these events!
5 Rounds for time of:
10 Body rows
15 Box jumps
20 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
1 Minute Rest
Finisher – 6 minutes of mobility work on a problem area.
Rx’d for body rows is body parallel to the ground with feet on the box you’ll be jumping on. Rx’d for the workout is all exercises unbroken in each round. Post times to comments
