20 Lunges
15 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups
5 Tuck-jumps

Snatch:

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-HS

AMRAP – 15 Minutes:

5 Deadlift (185/155)
3 Muscle-ups

If you cannot do a muscle up, please sub either jumping muscle-ups or 3 pull-ups and 3 ring-dips for each rep.
