 10K run is this Saturday @ 9am starting at the Summit Ave & Mississippi River Blvd parking lot.  There won’t be an 8am or 11am class due to the run.  Route will be posted on Friday for those who can’t make this time.

Perform 8 intervals of 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, with one minute of rest between exercises of:

Body rows
Running (10 meters)

Score is the sum of the lowest number of reps for each exercise.
