The squat is the foundational movement of any good strength & conditioning program, and is taught or reviewed almost daily in CrossFit Kids classes.

Spend 15 minutes finding your max power clean, then:

21-15-9 reps of:
Clean (135#/95#)
Ring dips

Cleans during Elizabeth should be full squat cleans.  Watch James OPT Fitzgerald do Elizabeth in 5:14 for inspiration.

Read this news report about a group of highschool kids in Chicago who went to their school board to demand healthier options in their lunches.

“I want them to remove fast food like pizza, burgers and nachos,” said Brian Di Macio, another sophomore.

The school food in my high school was the most unhealthy food I’ve ever eaten, it’s sad that things still haven’t changed in all this time.
