Scheduling Note – Due to the CrossFit Level I Certification we’re hosting this weekend we won’t have any classes at the gym on Saturday or Sunday.  We will be holding a 5K WOD on Saturday @ 8am, however, so please plan your training week accordingly.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Upcoming Fundamentals Classes (6 small group classes plus 2 weeks of unlimited group classes):

Pistols 5×5 (5 sets of 5 reps on each leg), then:

For time:
400m Run
30 Pullups
40 Situps
50 Steps walking lunge
40 Situps
30 Pullups
400m Run

Add weight/reduce assistance on each set of the pistols.
