Dynamic Group Stretch

Power Clean:

3-3-3-3-3

These triples are to be strung together if possible. That is, if you are a mildly experienced lifter, try to execute these lifts on a touch-and-go basis rather than dropping and re-setting for each lift. This WILL effect your load choices.
