Warm-up:

“Annie” with rowing:

50-40-30-20-10 reps:

Double-unders
Sit-ups
Row (calories)

It is possible, even likely, that we will have to break this into two groups. So let’s be diligent with our time. For those people who struggle with rowing efficiency or who are new(er) to CrossFit St. Paul, it might be worth considering a scaled down version of this workout, in particular with the rowing. Calories are hard to come by and halving the prescribed number wouldn’t be a bad idea for some people – but I’ll let you be your own judge on that one.
