Front squat 3×3, then:
10 Jumping squats w/med ball (20#/14#)
5 Knees to elbows
20 Jumping squats
10 Knees to elbows
30 Jumping squats
15 Knees to elbows
20 Jumping squats
10 Knees to elbows
10 Jumping squats
5 Knees to elbows
