Bear Crawl
Tall Skips
Karaoke

For time:

1 Mile Run

For the remainder of 30 minutes, AMRAP:

5 Front Squats (185/113)
10 KTE
15 KB Swings (53/35)

The clock will be set for 30 minutes. At 3… 2… 1… Go, all athletes will run a mile. Upon returning from the mile, they will begin the FS, KTE, KB Swing triplet and accrue as many rounds a possible in whatever time is left on the clock. If you run the mile in 10 minutes, you will have 20 minute for the triplet.
