Warm-up:

Spider walk – 5 lengths of the room

Jerk: (Off rack)

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (8×1)

WOD:

2 Deadlifts every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. You can, and should, increase weight with each set, but cannot do so in increments greater than ten pounds. This means that planning ahead will be very important. Have a very specific path in mind as far as weight is concerned. Maximum successful double on the DL will be tallied as your score.
