Push-press:

3-3-3-3-3

AMRAP – 12 Minutes:

6 WB Shots (+)
10 Sit-ups

* WB Shot targets should be upscaled due to the low rep count per round. Ladies, think 10′, gents, try for 12-14′}

Paleo breakfast recipe:

3 Eggs, whisked in a bowl
2 Tablespoons – almond butter
1/3 Cup – almond flower
1 Banana
1 Scoop – whey protein

Mix and mosh all ingredients into a bowl together until you’ve got an even, pasty consistancy. Microwave for three minutes, mix again, and microwave once more for ninety seconds. Enjoy!
