Governer Arnold Schwarzenegger introduces a sectionals WOD at the Arnold classic and looks on in amazement at the craziness unfolding before him; great stuff!  The whole time I was praying that he would lean down and yell “get back on the bar, do it now!” – He’s a little more subdued than he used to be in his movies I guess.
