10 Power Clean (115/83)
7 Dead Hang Pull-ups

By “dead hang” pull-up, we simply mean for athletes to complete the same range of motion of a kipping pull-up without any kip. The DH pull-up is to the kipping pull-up, what the strict press is to the push-press and push jerk.
