Warm-up:

Running Drills
Movement Prep

3 Rounds, for reps:

1 Minute: Toes to Bar
1 Minute: Box Jumps (30/24)
1 Minute: Ground to OH through the plane of a squat (115/83)
1 Minute: Rope Climb

Rest one minute. 

Each individual movement will be scored individually i.e. if your three round break down for toes to bar is: 30 reps, 21 reps, and 16 reps, then your toes to bar total is 67. When keeping score, keep individual movement totals separate from one another.
