McFee Hero Workout – Saturday, May 19 at 8-9:30 AM

“Just last week I lost a friend very near and dear to my heart, Alicia McFee. Ali was kind, sweet, and extremely light hearted. She had a sense of caring and compassion that always made you feel cared for. Ali was a lifelong advocate of confronting mental illness and preached ‘it’s ok to not be ok.’

Ali lost her father, Stephen McFee, in 2007 due to mental illness. Stephen served 23 years in the United States Army and served multiple tours overseas in Iraq before returning with PTSD.

I’ve written the below workout in their memory.”
